Every price has the bookmaker's margin built in. Most bettors lose far more on top of it: the fourth bet of the night, the doubled stake after a bad call, the market that appeared at exactly the wrong moment. Bookmaker apps are designed around those moments.

Genie knows the patterns and runs a plan you set when you were calm. The rules are arithmetic, not willpower, and they are the same at 21:40 as at noon.

You tell Genie once what you have set aside and how bold it should be. From then on it does the arithmetic in every answer, with caps that are built in rather than settings. Try your own number.

Genie never sizes a stake from your bookmaker balance. A balance holds deposits and open bets. A bankroll is what you decided you can lose.

How bold Genie's stakes should be

What Genie will not do.

  • It does not guarantee a profit

    No one can. Genie removes the behaviour that loses money for most bettors and backs a bet only when the odds are better than its estimate of the real chance. Its full tip history is public in the app.

  • It does not hold your money

    Genie is not a bookmaker. No deposits, no balance, no credit. Bets are placed on your own account at your own bookmaker, only when you ask.

  • It does not lock you out

    You can always open the bookmaker's app and bet the old way. Genie is the agent that tells you when a bet is a chase, and asks you to confirm before it places one over your cap.

Which bookmakers work?
Any bookmaker with a website, in any country. Genie drives the site the way you would, inside the app, so there is no integration to wait for. Tell us yours in the application.
Does Genie see my bookmaker password?
Your bookmaker login stays in the app's browser on your phone, never on our servers. You can log in yourself by taking control of the browser, and password fields never show in the chat. Sign out or clear the browser data in the app at any time.
Can my bookmaker limit my account?
Possibly. Some bookmakers' terms do not allow automated betting, and they may restrict accounts that use it. Genie tells you this before it opens a bookmaker for the first time, and you decide.
Is Football Genie new?
No. Football Genie already runs on the web with daily tips and a public record of every tip. The beta is the new phone app: the chat agent, stake sizing and betting through Genie.
Can Genie place a bet I didn't ask for?
No. Genie places a bet only on your request, at the stake your plan allows, and shows you the bookmaker's own confirmation. You can watch, stop or take over at any moment.
What if I want to bet over my cap?
Genie tells you the numbers and asks you to confirm. One confirmation is one bet. It will not raise a stake after a loss, and it will not pretend a chase is a good idea.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. Testers get the features they are testing for free. iPhone and Android.
Will you share my answers?
No. We use them only to pick testers and plan the beta. Ask any time and we delete them.
Is this gambling advice?
No. Tips are analysis, not advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. 18+. Bet only what you set aside and can afford to lose.
